HOLA TRABAJOO provides an enterprise SaaS cloud platform accessible via https://www.holatrabajoo.online/ and https://app.holatrabajoo.online/. We are committed to safeguarding corporate data, personal identity information, and tenant confidentiality through strict architectural isolation and encryption standards.
2. Information We Collect
We process only information strictly necessary for enterprise provisioning and authorized system operations:
- Account Identity: Business work email, full name, company name, assigned tenant role, and cryptographically hashed passwords.
- Transactional Records: Verification tokens, password reset sessions, and login timestamps.
- Organizational Business Data: Employee rosters, payroll metrics, invoices, project tasks, and inventory records stored within the tenant’s isolated database schema.
3. No Public Self-Registration or Tracking
Public self-registration is permanently disabled. Access is provisioned exclusively by authorized organization administrators. We do not sell, rent, or monetize corporate customer data or utilize unauthorized third-party advertising trackers.
4. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Security Architecture
Customer data is stored within hardened PostgreSQL databases with strict multi-tenant boundary isolation. All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption. Passwords and sensitive tokens are hashed using bcrypt.
5. Transactional Email Communications
Transactional notifications (including email verification, invitation tokens, and password reset authorizations) are delivered securely through Brevo SMTP infrastructure. Email delivery is restricted strictly to account lifecycle events.
6. Data Retention, Portability & Contact
Tenant data is retained during the active enterprise engagement. Tenant administrators may request complete data export or permanent deletion by emailing our privacy desk at support@holatrabajoo.online.
